You already have something to look at: an offer people have paid for, a website, real client experience, and people finding the business.
So when inquiries aren’t as consistent as you’d expect, I’d rather look at what’s happening between those pieces before deciding what needs to change.
That’s the kind of work I built Sixth Avenue HQ to do.
You probably want a reason before you change something.
You’d rather make one targeted change than rebuild five things just in case.
You want decisions connected to what’s actually happening in the business, not best practices applied without context.
And you want to understand the system well enough to maintain it without needing someone else to interpret it for you.
I started Sixth Avenue because I kept seeing good businesses fix the wrong thing.
I’ve spent 11 years working inside customer journeys and conversion systems, and I also design and build websites and work with SEO/AIO.
That combination has given me a pretty useful vantage point: I get to see both the recommendation and what happens when someone actually has to implement it.
Sixth Avenue started with website design and SEO/AIO work that grew through word of mouth. But the more businesses I worked inside, the more I saw the same pattern. When results weren’t where they should be, there was always another reasonable thing to change. The website. The message. The traffic strategy. The offer.
What was usually missing was a clear reason for choosing one over the others.
So that became the work: look at how people are moving through the business, find where that movement breaks down, and make the next decision from there.
That’s still how I work today.
Diagnose first.
Then decide.
- Diagnosis before fix I want a reason before we rebuild anything.
- Clarity over cleverness Your client shouldn’t have to decode what you mean.
- Targeted over total Fix what matters before fixing everything.
- Integrity in selling No inflated promises, fake scarcity, or manufactured pressure.
- Respect for your time Build something you can realistically maintain.
You don’t need to know what to fix before you get here.
That’s what we’ll figure out first.
You’re ready to work through the full client conversion system.
